    • Connect the AC charging cable to the input port of the power station and plug it into the
      wall outlet.

    • Long press the AC Button and Main Power Button until the Energy Saving Mode icon lights up on the screen

    • Under this mode, you can rapidly power up the portable power station using the AC charging
      method. This emergency charge function can be activated or deactivated through the Jackery
      app. When in emergency charging mode, the circular light indicating the state of charge (SOC)
      will blink at an increased pace

    • Jackery provides 3 years standard warranty and 2 years extended warranty. Please note that we only provide our warranty to customers who purchase from the ocial Jackery website,
      Jackery-branded third-party platforms, or local authorized dealers.

    • The recommended charging temperature for the product is between 0°C to 45°C (32°F to 113°F),
      and the discharging temperature is between -10°C to 45°C (14°F to 113°F). Operating the product
      outside this temperature range may restrict its charging and discharging capabilities, or even render it
      unable to charge or discharge.

    Loving this Jackery in Yellowknife! Game changer

    Our new jackery arrived within days to Yellowknife. We are avid campers and love being out on the boat or skidoo. This jackery 1000v2 is a game changer. We now only have to run the generator for a few hours a day on our trips. While out camping last week, I thought I would put it to the test for fun! We had the camper running via the jackery, the starlink from 10pm, in the morning we brewed 4 cups of coffee on the kurig, I blow dried and straightened my hair and kept the starlink going to early afternoon. This could keep starlink going anywhere from 16-24 hours. It’s currently running a small fridge, freezer, starlink, lights and it goes about 5 hours. I’m loving the peace and quiet. I would highly recommend buying one of these! Looking forward to our winter adventures and powering the cabin with it! Love that it’s so light and dead quiet! I can’t wait to buy a 2000v2 for our more stationary trips. Thanks Jackery!

    Lasted longer than we hoped for

    My wife and I both use cpap. We needed something to power both machines for at least one night. We got three nights out of the 1000. We are now able to rethink camping without power or maybe even interior canoe camping.

    Best Medium Power Portable station!

    3 years ago I bought Explorer 500 unit. I've been fairly happy with it however now I need a more powerful power station and the Explorer 1000 v2 meets my needs and expectations.
    I've tried it out in different ways and it seems to work flawlessly!
    The unit has obviously its constrains as any device does however I stress out that before buying a particular model of portable power station one should carefully evaluate which model is needed and why.
    I see customers whining in their reviews about this or that feature or fault of this unit but I have the feeling that in most cases those complaints are simply baseless!
    I don't want to write a long essay here - thus my advice is: the unit is great and get it fast!

    When will the unit arrive??

    I would be happy to review the product...if it ever arrives. I ordered the battery backup unit on Aug 22 my order was confirmed on Aug 25 and I am still waiting to receive the battery backup! (Sept 8) At one point I got ahold of Jackery support and they suggested that I contact Purolator to ask why they have not come by to pick up the unit from the Jackery warehouse. Ya that's certainly my job as the customer!! Jackery has a bit to learn about logistics and shipping. They sent on the solar pannels and I received those quite quickly but still no battery backup unit. Don't order directly from Jackery, wait until the price on Amazon is the same and order from Amazon. At least they know how to ship products.
