    Jackery Customer Service proves every time Jackery is #1 in being "customer focused", aka "Best in Class". Folks take ownership of your file and deliver excellence toward the best outcome. You'll never be disappointed. This is important if you consider the length of their warranty. From personal experience, their track-record begets confidence. I bought an Explorer 3000 and my unit was covered by warranty as promised... such a minor issue... but a new one was sent in 48 hrs. When you shell out a lot of money 'today' you really need that extra confidence in 'tomorrow'. ;)

    I bought the Explorer 3000 Pro directly from Jackery Canada and the product arrived very quickly without any issue. I am currently testing it by working from home. I am on my 3rd day and still have 2 work days left with the remaining power. One laptop plus one screen and a desk lamp. One day my girlfriend also worked from home with her laptop and 3 screens along with me. I have the battery in my home office and it is very silent. So far very happy with this product. The power flow is very stable as I did not notice any fluctuations. Since we had many power failures in the past months i am very confident that i’ll be in good hands during the next ones. I will use the product mainly for power failures backup.

    I highly recommend so far.
