    FAQ

    • Connect the AC charging cable to the input port of the power station and plug it into the
      wall outlet.

    • Long press the AC Button and Main Power Button until the Energy Saving Mode icon lights up on the screen

    • Under this mode, you can rapidly power up the portable power station using the AC charging
      method. This emergency charge function can be activated or deactivated through the Jackery
      app. When in emergency charging mode, the circular light indicating the state of charge (SOC)
      will blink at an increased pace

    • Jackery provides 3 years standard warranty and 2 years extended warranty. Please note that we only provide our warranty to customers who purchase from the ocial Jackery website,
      Jackery-branded third-party platforms, or local authorized dealers.

    • The recommended charging temperature for the product is between 0°C to 45°C (32°F to 113°F),
      and the discharging temperature is between -10°C to 45°C (14°F to 113°F). Operating the product
      outside this temperature range may restrict its charging and discharging capabilities, or even render it
      unable to charge or discharge.

    • It is rated as IP68 water-resistant, offering protection against water splashes (Please avoid exposing it to heavy rain or submerging it in water). The pocket's zippers are designed to secure power cords and cover the power port.

    • We mentioned this point in the manual. Please use a soft cloth to remove the dust and dirt on the surface. Use a damp cloth to wipe the surface of the solar module to remove any remaining dust or dirt. Any guano or other adhesive should be removed as soon as possible from the solar surface to avoid a reduction in performance.

    Did a trial run with 2 cpaps for one night before the boondocking camping trip Used only 30% so hopefully full charge will keep us going for 3 nights. Purchased 1000v2. So far so good 😊

    Very Impressed! Perfect for CPAP Machines.

    This unit is wild! We opened our Jackery package yesterday. We found it hard to find information on selecting the correct unit to get through the night with a CPAP machine while camping. Here is some information after my husband's first night:

    -He uses the Resmed Airsense 11.
    -7-10 pressure with a heated tube & water
    -On average he was using 62-68W
    -After 7 hours of sleep, he used 48%, leaving 52% power left
    This was more than enough power to get him through a night.
    -We plugged in a small fan on medium speed, it would add 35W usage. On a full charge, we believe we can power the cpap machine & a small fan in our tent to get through the night.

    I will update my review after our 1 week camping trip in July.

    So far, we think this thing is awesome and we are excited to try it out while camping.

    Note: We might purchase the extension cord so we can leave the unit in our tent while hooked up to panels, also the connector to connect the two panels.

    Awesome technology, professionally packaged, Jackery has obviously put a lot of time and research into these and has thought of everything including convenience and ease of use.

    Has all the power which I need, built well, looks nice,. the only thing I would wish for is a IN/Out PD port such as the Explorer 300 has, that would make the 1000 very good in my book., only has USB 3 out ports to charge your electronics...but still a very good item, am pleased

    Solar Charging cable

    Hello, when I try charging the unit with the solar panels, the elbow part of the both cables is not functioning...the straight in part does. I tried using both cables in both panels and in both ports and nothing. I believe these are defective and wondering if I could be sent 2 new replacement cables. You can write back to me at "[****].
