  • What devices can Explorer 300 power?

    Please note that the AC output port can only charge/power devices that operate at less than 300-Watt. Besides, the whole wattage should be under 300 watts as well . Once exceeding, the Explorer 300 will shut off automatically. Please refer to your device specification before purchase.

  • How to know the working times for my device?

    Working time = 293Wh* 0.85 / operating wattage of your device
    For reference, assuming power consumption of your device is 30W (might be a box fan), working time will be 293Wh*0.85/30w=8.3hrs (rough calculated) .
    Please note: actual power consumption varies from different usages, please consult Jackery for better purchase decision.

  • Can the E300 be charged while using?

    Yes, you can use the Explorer 300 to charge other things, while it's being recharged at the same time. 

  • Can I use this power station with medical devices, life-support equipment, business-critical systems, or other essential equipment?

    For safety reasons, Jackery portable power stations are not designed or intended for use with medical devices, life-support equipment, data servers, or any other applications where a power interruption could result in personal injury, loss of life, or significant property damage.
