Resilient in Cold Temperatures

When performing at temperatures between -10 to -20°C, the output power of the Explorer 3000 Pro will auto-adjust according to its remaining battery level

(i.e. at a 60-100% battery level, it will adjust to 3000W output power. With 30-60% remaining, it will adjust to 2000W, and when the battery level is below 30%, the output power is reduced to 800W.)

(Note: this doesn't mean the battery only has a 2000 cycle life span. It means that up until 2000 cycles, the unit can perform at its best. However, due to battery degradation there will be a gradual decline in performance after 2000 cycles.)

    • The silicone cover is mainly dustproof - there's a function mark at the switch button.

    • Unfortunately the cover cannot be disassembled. The silicone cover is designed together with the product body preventing loss.

    • It comes with the IEC TS63163.

    I never received it

    Your support has been great. However I still haven't got it and I couldnt get in touch with a purolator human just generic answers.
    So your support has cancelled it to ship again next week.
    I was hoping to trial this at 2 cottage locations and step up to a 5000 pro and later the capacity but I've now lost a year so I've requested to cancel my order for a refund.

    Unit showed up very well packaged in good time. It’s so easy to use and user friendly easy setup. The display has loads of info that shows how much longer to empty or how long until full.

    QUIET POWER

    My wife and I bought my daughter and her husband a 3000 Pro. They so liked it we bought one for ourselves and I have to say they were right.

    It is whisper quiet and the handle makes it easy to move on flat surfaces. It being 63 pounds makes it a little hard for me (I'm 83) to move it over steps but a little moveable ramp makes it work.

    I love the little target on the solar panel which allows you to adjust it to get the maximum charging power. I set up and attached the two solar panels to the unit in under 10 minutes. The battery went from 93% to 100% in about 2 1/2 hours (maybe less). We have decided to get two more panels as on partly cloudy days it will take longer to fully charge. Thank you for your speedy responses to our questions.
