  • We provide 3+2 year warranty for SolarSaga 40 Mini. A 5-year total warranty (includes a 2-year extension) for Jackery website orders. The extended warranty would be applied automatically if purchased from official website.

  • The cell type of SolarSaga40 Mini is PERC. Compared to conventional solar cells, PERC cells have an extra layer on the back of the cell. This extra layer captures more sunlight and converts it into electricity, making PERC cells more efficient than conventional cells.

Explorer 240

Ordered the Explorer 240 and a 40 watt Solar panel which ended up not being compatible and I returned it. The service was perfect and the Explorer 240 works great. Staff at Jackery were very helpful and the return process was straightforward and worked great. Would not hesitate to buy from them again
