We are using it to build and run the bathrooms on our farm. It will handle the hot water heater and lighting for a 108 sq ft building and we anticipate it can run an air conditioner and or heater for our events. We had our chop saw, table saw and air compressor going, and when we get back from lunch it it fully charged from the sun! A great purchase. It compliments our 5000 and 1000 very nicely!

However, time will tell / have only used a couple time since I received.

Delivery was quick only took 6 days.
Set up was simple.
Weight is as advertised, I just forgot how heavy 60lbs is to pack around.
No issues running my RV with the basics like, TV, internet and coffee machine. Even used it on my pontoon boat, powering a cooler, internet and cooking device. 6 hours x 2 days without charge. For me that's reasonable.
Reasonably quick charge rate on AC.
Haven't had opportunity to try out the Solar system.

In general I think I made a wise purchase.

Powerful little son of a gun. Ran our sump pump off it all day during a storm/hydro outage. Ran our fridge and router too. So impressed we bought yet another 3000 unit. The only thing i can say is trying to recharge it with 2 100w solar panels was a completely frustrating ordeal and a waste of time. If Jackery brought down the price of the higher wattage solar panel more significantly i would upgrade. 2 100w panels were so useless i would never go camping with the idea of a solar charge on my mind......no way.

Unfortunately my purchase didn’t include the solar panels which I thought was included. Even the box the power pack arrived in says solar generator. Unfortunately not impressed. I sent all the information you requested and now you’re saying I didn’t order them. Well if I knew that I wouldn’t have ordered it. I just thought it was a great deal on sale. Caveat Emptor!

This is an excellent UPS and the App works very well on my cell. Everybody should buy this Homepower 3000.

Hi, as of today I have not received the generator. I have been tracking the order since I placed the order. I did receive the solar panel and the next day the extension cord. According to the Purolator tracking system the generator has been in my city since May 4. I suspect either custom issues or an internal issue. The tracking number is 520507751623. I am getting a bit anxious as I am really looking forward to using it.

After talking to Yancy she immediately ordered a replacement generator. I just received the new tracking number and checked it with Purolator and the expected delivery date is Friday May 22. Can’t wait for it !!

Got my Home Power 3000 delivered via Canada Post and the Solar Panel by Purolator. The PS3000 was almost plug-n-play. The App setup for Blue tooth was easy. The WIFI setup got a slight hiccup and had to be restarted from the beginning and it took this time. The unit was 18% charged when received, and when plugged in the wall, charged to 95% in 1hr 25 min. Power output reading is in 1W resolution. On standby, it does not draw noticeable power. At high load, the fan kicked in but not loud. Both AC and USB outputs worked fine. Battery was rated to retain charge for up to a year, but you may want to top up every 6mo. The unit is on the heavy side so I put that on a trolley to move around.
The 340W Solar panels can be left unattached so you can hang it flat on a pipe or rail. Or you can install the hinges which allows the four panels to foldout (not fully flat) like shown on their website, and folded up for storage in the carrying bag. It would be a design improvement if the hinges allow the panels to foldout at the angle stop, or foldout totally flat (with a stand to prop the panel up to a certain angle), since this will produce a higher power output (useful for Canada) - will require more frequent adjustment to orient the panel towards the sun.
Overall the product seems to be well built and could last a long time. I got this for emergency power, so I don't expect to cycle the battery often.

Still waiting for package to arrive. Purolator and Jackery lost my product.

Great product at a great price!

Last winter we had a 3 day power outage. I swore this winter that I will have back up power should it happen again.
I have been researching solar generators for months. Decided to take the plunge when the Black Friday deals came along.
It was super easy to charge up. So quiet....I am impressed. I havent had a power outage yet but did try it out to boil my kettle. Worked like a dream.
I feel so much better knowing I have Jackery to fall back on. Thankyou Jackery

Had a chance to use it today during power outage to run wife's medical equipment for a couple of hours

I’m not wishing for a power outage but do feel I’m ready for one now knowing my fathers life support system will be ready without having to start a generator during an outage

I was very impressed with the power stored within my homepro 3000 ran my fridge and freezer for 3 days.
The only downside I have is the solar panels did not supply great amount of power back into my unit
I definitely do recommend the unit

We are very happy with receiving the order unfortunately the generator we ordered was not with a smart transfer switch which is extremely important to our sump pump when we are not home. The return was very simple and we are looking for a stronger home power. Thank you for your staff friendly help.

I'm going to enjoy this I haven't got to use it a lot I've used it a little bit but where I live we have problems with power outages and I live in the desert so next summer I want to be prepared on the power goes out I can put a simple air conditioner in the window and that die out here good products

I only know from the reviews, but I think it’s going to be a great unit. After I received it, I charge it to 100%. I bought a case for the 2 solar panels. I got the hand truck to keep it off the floor and to move it around with ease.

I don’t regret buying this at all because now I get to see how much energy I’m really using and being that I have two solar watts at 200 W that I haven’t connected let me know that I’m only gonna need three more solar panels and an inverter up in my RV if you’re not sure how much electricity you use and you’re confused with the calculator you’re better off getting this. It lasts a long time but it’s just me by myself so I’ve come to realize that in total I use 1800 thousand watts and that’s me taking a shower running the heater running my fans running my TV running my Internet if you have a ring doorbell or one that ones runs off of Wi-Fi or cameras around your camper and you’re a full-time RV like me and you already have solar panels up top. This is good because when you’re home, you can run your TV until you have the right connections, but this is still a good backup plan and you don’t consume too much electricity because other two hours it’s already charged and that’s by cord as far as in solar panels the 200 solar panel I would have to buy another two and then I would have to buy the cord that’s like $60 a pot to be able to charge that generator completely under three hours because with the two solar panels that takes about 11 hours to charge at 400 W when connecting these together, make sure that you fully charge it always fully charge anything you get and then use it and then as far as connecting the solar panels, there’s two ends that come with this don’t try the second one cause you won’t see no solar charging try the first one on both of them and you’ll see it charge. It says it in the manual and I’m sure not a lot of people want to read that manual you just wanna plug and play but it works for me. It lets me know how much I use which makes it easier for me to purchase the rest of my solar panels for my RV and see where I’m at and see how I use it and then purchase another two solar panels for this, but you could definitely go off grid with this with the right amount of solar panels. I have a 25 foot travel trailer if you have something bigger and you want to run everything get the biggest one that there is of these things they really do work. I got this one because it was easy to hide in my compartment and you have to leave the ventilated and if you plan to run an extension cord to it, it has to be 14 awg
Extension cord because the cord itself reads that is 14 awg and you don’t want to cause a fire but the good thing about it is you can simultaneously connect the solar panels and plug it into your house and it’ll charge faster probably charge underneath an hour if there’s a lot of sun if you want to do it that way I like it I really do like it. This size works perfect for me because I have a small travel trailer, but if you have a bigger one and a bigger family, I would suggest getting the bigger one. Mind you I shut this off during the day and you can control it and shut it off through the app itself. It’s 60 pounds in weight pretty easy to live when it came. I had to unboxed it right where I was at because I wasn’t gonna be able to carry that box if you plan to get this and you don’t like a lot of lifting get the set of wheels for it separate it’s only $100. I really don’t see the difference in getting the wheels for it because that one is expensive and they both do the same thing. It’s easier to get the parts separate and connect it. Just in my opinion, I know you cannot add an extra battery to it if you’re looking for that then this is not the one for you
Because you can’t extend the battery pack, there’s more for people that already have an existing solar on their roof I want to do an upgrade. This will definitely work well with your system because you can switch both of them back-and-forth. That way you make it last longer, but you could definitely go off grid with this with the things that I mentioned. Once I have everything at that point, I’m not going to need to charge. I’m going to be able to go completely off grid for days at a time once I have all the solar panels on my roof because then I can switch it and charge it being that I know that it pulls 1585 watts so once I’m close to draining one battery, I can switch it to my system and my RV and charge it from there but that’s it if I have an inverter which I’m going to get that’s why I’m just calculating right now that’s why I find it good for me
