After-sales Policy

  • 1. Limited Warranty
  • Jackery Inc. warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the Jackery product will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified in the 'Warranty Period' section below, subject to the exclusions set forth below.
  • This warranty statement sets forth Jackery's total and exclusive warranty obligation. We will not assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.

 

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period for Jackery power products is 24 months. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.

 

3. Exchange

Jackery will replace (at Jackery's expense) any Jackery product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to defect in workmanship or material. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.

 

4. Limited to Original Consumer Buyer

The warranty on Jackery's product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

 

5. Exclusions

Jackery's warranty does not apply to: ·Misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in Jackery's current product literature. ·Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility ·Any product purchased through an online auction house. ·Jackery's warranty does not apply to the battery cell unless the battery cell is fully charged by you within seven days after you purchase the product and at least once every 6 months

All orders on Jackery's Official Website will be shipped within 1-2 days after the order is placed, normally using Canada Post - with the shipping time in the following states, taking 3-4 working days: AB/BC/MB/SK/ON/QC, the shipping time in remote areas will be extended.

・Please note that delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, traffic conditions, holidays and so on.

・The portable power supply and solar panels cannot be shipped together. Note: if you ordered all items together, they may be shipped in separate packages.

  • Jackery offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for goods purchased directly from Jackery.com. We are confident that you will love your new Jackery product. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please do let us know within a 30 day period. Once we receive the product and confirm its validity, we can refund the full purchase price. To return an item, please contact us via phone number 888-502-2236 or email hello@jackery.com during our normal business hours. In order to return your product within the 30-day return policy, please ensure that:
  • You have purchased the product directly from Jackery.com. You should contact Jackery and begin the return process, within 30 days from the original shipment date. The product is returned in the original packaging - with all materials included, in new or as-new condition, and you should additionally provide your return authorization number.

  • 2. Late or Missing Refunds
  • If you haven't received any refund yet, please do recheck your bank account carefuly again. If your payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please do allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
  • You should also contact your credit card company direcltly, if the credit still hasn't appeared - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@jackery.com.

  • To return an item you'll need to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Jackery will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. You can get your RMA form by contacting us via telephone, or email for assistance.

  • ① Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
    • All returns must have an RMA number for processing. Contact Jackery at hello@Jackery.com for any assistance.
  • ② Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package. RMA numbers should be clearly displayed on the return shipping label of any package being returned to Jackery. Do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label may not be accepted by our warehouse.

Logistics
