    • Connect the AC charging cable to the input port of the power station and plug it into the
      wall outlet.

    • Long press the AC Button and Main Power Button until the Energy Saving Mode icon lights up on the screen

    • Under this mode, you can rapidly power up the portable power station using the AC charging
      method. This emergency charge function can be activated or deactivated through the Jackery
      app. When in emergency charging mode, the circular light indicating the state of charge (SOC)
      will blink at an increased pace

    • Jackery provides 3 years standard warranty and 2 years extended warranty. Please note that we only provide our warranty to customers who purchase from the ocial Jackery website,
      Jackery-branded third-party platforms, or local authorized dealers.

    • The recommended charging temperature for the product is between 0°C to 45°C (32°F to 113°F),
      and the discharging temperature is between -10°C to 45°C (14°F to 113°F). Operating the product
      outside this temperature range may restrict its charging and discharging capabilities, or even render it
      unable to charge or discharge.

    Great unit with many flaws

    I’ve had this unit for 6 months now. It has some great features such as it’s under 25lbs for a 1kwh unit. As well has great AC conversion efficiency, and relatively quiet cooling fans.

    However this unit has a big flaw which is when the ambient temperature is below 21•C it will not fast charge. And will take over 3 hours at a max charge rate of 350watts, which means if you plan to use this unit for emergency power along side a gas generator you will not be optimizing fuel efficiency. Which is unfortunate as this device was advertised to charge in around 1 hour.

    A second flaw is with the app, requiring an account sign in and internet connection is unacceptable for a unit like this if I just want to connect to it locally over Bluetooth, as there are times I’m out of cell services when using the product and need to change settings. Other brand (A) power stations allow you to connect without a log in.

    I have also had issues where with low wattage usage the fans will loudly cycle on, instead of gradually continuously cooling which it does with larger loads.

    I hope these are issues that can be solved with a firmware update, as I have liked jackery products but this one seems to be not great compared to other brands of power stations in this class.

    Compact backup

    The unit arrived in an eco friendly box and carried a charge of 29%. The enclosed manual explained how to download the Jackery app after which it was possible to connect to the internet via my iPhone. I use the E1000vs as a backup for computer chargers, security system, router and some lights, totalling some 200W. The app shows the charge of the unit and allows remote control of the ac and dc load but needs to remain loaded in the phone as otherwise the connection with the unit is lost.

    We are well into December. Not only is there the chaos of Christmas, but a Postal strike as well. While all my online purchases have bee caught in limbo, or refunded, JACKERY was the ONLY one to pull through. Easy ordering, and amazingly speedy shipping. Great investment, Great service!
