Resilient in Cold Temperatures

When performing at temperatures between -10 to -20°C, the output power of the Explorer 3000 Pro will auto-adjust according to its remaining battery level

(i.e. at a 60-100% battery level, it will adjust to 3000W output power. With 30-60% remaining, it will adjust to 2000W, and when the battery level is below 30%, the output power is reduced to 800W.)

A shipping disaster

After spending nearly $4000.00 ,,,, this is what happened,,,,,
Your system does not pick up the fact that I put in a PO BOX no. Which I was not aware of ,,, ( my fault) is not accepted ,,, why would your system allow me to continue payment ,
Address etc ,,,, to only find out that the order doesn’t work ,,,,, you need to fix this pls ,,,,
After many days I phone to correct this with a new address ,,, time goes on ,,,, only to find out that UPS ,,, did not receive the updated address ,,,, how come???
No one seems to know what’s going on ,,,
It gets better ,,,,, now I phone UPS AND TRY TO CHANGE ADDRESS AGAIN ,,,
not sure what happened with UPS ,, again many days go by again ,,,, SO AGAIN I CALL
UPS ,,,,( second time) this time they they actually GOT IT ,,,, wow not very impressed with the service on both ends ,,, the system appears to be broken ,,, for me anyway ,,,,,very poor service

Seems like this is going to be an incredible product, still trying to figure out the app and charging cycle's, would like to see longer cables included with the solar panels

Very impressed

Unit showed up very well packaged in good time. It’s so easy to use and user friendly easy setup. The display has loads of info that shows how much longer to empty or how long until full.

QUIET POWER

My wife and I bought my daughter and her husband a 3000 Pro. They so liked it we bought one for ourselves and I have to say they were right.

It is whisper quiet and the handle makes it easy to move on flat surfaces. It being 63 pounds makes it a little hard for me (I'm 83) to move it over steps but a little moveable ramp makes it work.

I love the little target on the solar panel which allows you to adjust it to get the maximum charging power. I set up and attached the two solar panels to the unit in under 10 minutes. The battery went from 93% to 100% in about 2 1/2 hours (maybe less). We have decided to get two more panels as on partly cloudy days it will take longer to fully charge. Thank you for your speedy responses to our questions.

Full power for RV

I love my 3000 pro generator. It has enough power for everything in my RV and I can plug directly into it.
I have 4x100w solar panels and they recharge the generator quickly. In full sun I have had them produce just over 400 watts.
The generator charges quickly via solar and AC but the car charger takes way too long to be of any use.
Here in British Columbia we can have a long stretch of cloudy weather which slows solar charging significantly. When will you be selling the Jackery Air-W? Either that or improve the car charging.
