    • A:  Please note that the AC output port can only charge/power devices that operate at less than 500-Watt. Once exceeding, the Explorer 500 will shut off automatically. Please refer to your device specification before purchase.

    • A:  Working time = 500Wh* 0.85 / operating power of your device.
      For reference, assuming power consumption of your device is 60W (might be a box fan), working time will be 500Wh*0.85/60w=7hrs (rough calculated) .
      Please note: actual power consumption varies from different usages, please consult Jackery for better purchase decision.

    • A:  Within 7.5 hours from an AC wall outlet; Also another two recharge backup choices for your convenience, recharge from car port around 7.5 hours, and around within 9.5 hours from Jackery Saga 100W solar panel (Sold Separately).

    Perfect size for my needs. It's comforting to have this ready to charge the essentials (esp phone) if a major power outage occurs. Also will take with me to off-grid cabin for reliable power. My son has the larger version and highly recommended I get this.

    We bought the 500 to power a small refrigerator for medicine when traveling. The fridge draws about 50 watts. It came charged about 50% so we could try it out immediately. It did take 3-4 hours to fully charge. We found it runs much longer than we thought it would. We do pre cool the fridge. This is quite a game changer for us as the medicine is very expensive and we can't risk it getting warm. The digital display makes it easy to see how much battery is left. Haven't used the the usb outlets so can't comment on them. Overall very pleased we got the jackery. I did notice a few days after purchasing it the price dropped $15. I reached out to Jackery, they responded within 6 hours. They were very good about crediting us the difference. Great customer service! Definitely would buy again.
