Limited Warranty
Jackery Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that the Jackery product will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified in the 'Warranty Period' section below, subject to the exclusions set forth below.

This warranty statement sets forth Jackery's total and exclusive warranty obligation. We will not assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products. However, for consumers who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, the benefits conferred by the warranty discussed here are in addition to all rights and remedies covered by such customer protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to these additional rights

Warranty Period
Jackery’s products may come with a 2+1 year or 3+2 year warranty. Please refer to the product page for details on product warranty.. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original purchaser. The sales receipt from the initial purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.

Limited to Original Purchaser
The warranty on Jackery's product is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

Exclusions
Jackery's warranty does not apply to:

-Misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in Jackery's current product literature.
-Attempted repair by anyone other than a facility expressly authorized by Jackery.
-Any product purchased through an online auction house, or otherwise acquired from another purchaser.
-Jackery's warranty does not apply to the battery cell unless the battery cell is fully charged by you within seven days after you purchase the product and at least once every 6 months thereafter.

Order Cancelation
Orders placed after 9 AM PST can be canceled until 9 AM PST on the next business day. Please note that only full order cancellations are allowed; partial cancellations are not permitted.

To request a cancellation, please email us with your order number. Our system allows cancellations only after 30 minutes after the order is placed. Orders that have exceeded the cancellation window or are shipped are still eligible for a return and refund request. Please check the Return/Replacement tab for details.

Warranty Replacements
We stand behind our products and provide warranty service for any defects. Jackery will replace (at Jackery's expense) any Jackery product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to defects in workmanship or material. 

For defective product returns, please provide details including, but not limited to, your order number or proof of purchase, product serial number, and photos or videos as evidence of the defect. Our agents will assist you in resolving the issue. 

The return shipping fee will be covered by Jackery for verified defective returns. A restocking fee will be applied for items claimed as defective by customers but found to be working after testing by Jackery technicians.

A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. The replacement will be shipped to the same address as the original order unless a new address is provided. Return shipping is covered by Jackery.

Returns for Refunds
Please do not return items without first contacting us or with no Jackery-authorized RMA.

Jackery offers a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your order, for goods purchased directly from our website. We are confident that you will love your new Jackery product. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us with your order number, the reason for your return, and your contact information. Our agents will assist you with your request.

For returns made without a valid reason, return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount. These charges vary based on product weight, size, and shipping zones. For details, please consult our customer support team. For items returned not in their original condition, a restocking fee will be applied and deducted from the refund amount. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your credit card transaction or bank account again. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product, we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@jackery.com.

Return & Refund Conditions
Please carefully read conditions below. If conditions are not met, Jackery reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund. Please note that Jackery does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

Product that is custom configured or branded to your specifications.
Product purchased from a 3rd party retail partner.

How to Return an Item
To return an item you'll need to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Jackery will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. You can get an RMA form by contacting us via telephone or email for assistance.

Process for Returning Produce
1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
All returns must have an RMA number for processing. Contact Jackery at hello@Jackery.com for assistance.

2. Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package.
RMA numbers should be clearly displayed on the return shipping label of any package being returned to Jackery. Do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label may not be accepted by our warehouse.
