I purchased the jackery and 2 solar panels for a little trailer I will stay at in the summer. While waiting for it to get warmer I charged it up and am using it to power up my TV . It works great and im hoping I'll see a difference in my power bill.
Amazing battery backup! Great for camping off grid in the woods or even for a picnic in the park. Overall its one amazing battery!
I really like the product, it worked well for my application. I wish there was a longer cord from the solar panels to unit as the spot that gets the most sun is a bit farther than the cord supplied.
Very well built and nicely designed. Good mid-sized unit for convenience and occasional AC use for a battery tender for my motorcycles.
Charges quickly and runs quiet. For negatives, the connections for solar panels are rarely used in the industry so you need special adaptors if you don’t buy Jackery. And you can’t buy a Jackery 200 W solar panel in Canada so I have to go elsewhere. Maximum solar charging you can use in each of the 2 outlets is 200W. Others don’t have that small limitation. These things should have been addressed with a new version.
Jackery staff stayed with me until I was happy with the item. Delivery was an issue but that is not the fault of the Jackery staff. Would highly recommend

There was some confusion around our order. The customer service team was very accurate and timely in helping us sort everything out. Pleased with the outcome. Have not yet tried out the equipment but anticipating no issues. If anything comes up we feel we can trust the Jackery team to help. We highly recommend Jackery.
For the home we have not been able to test it, but for the car it works perfectly. Lighting up the roof tent and preparing for the morning tea.

It works right out of the box and after charging I could drive my tools in the shed with it. Nice. It is clean and fits perfectly into my pickup truck.
The unit is a solid build and so far stands up to the abuse I have put it through
I recently took off for a week trip and used this 1000 day and night. It powered up and recharged everything in my rv. The solar panels are a great addition however the weather wasn’t in my favour to try them however the cables are long enough and the ease of use will make them very useful when I need them.
