Customer support is excellent! I’m looking forward to using my power bank and foldable solar panel soon.
I recently had a fantastic experience with Jackery Canada. The delivery was fast, professional, and exactly as promised, and the product quality exceeded my expectations. Everything arrived well packaged and worked perfectly right out of the box. It is refreshing to deal with a company that combines reliable products with excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
Bought the Explorer 1000 V2 specifically to power my CPAP machine and it worked great. Super quiet and even with air pump recharges and cell phone charges I got through 3 nights with 3% left off a single charge. I took advantage of the USB/USBC ports on the solar panel and used that to charge our camping lights and head lamps which is a great way to not drain the charge too much on the Explorer. I have had sleep apnea for 10 years and I just got back from my first camping trip where I was able to get a good nights sleep. That is worth every dollar I paid.
I use a mini welder to do permanent jewelry. I was at my first day long outdoor craft show. My new Jackery generator worked great. By the end of the day I still had about 70% battery life left. I highly recommend the Jackery Explorer 300 Portable Power Station.
I was so impressed with the explorer 2000+ , 2 weeks later I ordered the 3600+ with bigger solar panels. I'm really impressed with the unit and I can't wait to try out the solar panels (raining every day for 2 weeks now). Now I need an extension wire from the 3600+ to the 340 panels
Purchased to operate a CPAP and charge our phones while camping. Have not been able to get out on the water / trails yet but have tested at home and has performed as expected. Can run the CPAP (without heated hose) for about 5 nights before requiring a recharge. Also have tested out the solar panels to charge phones and they seem to work well also.
We are very pleased with our Jackey purchase. When I contacted Jackery regarding a delivery concern, the customer service representative was polite, engaged in his service and worked attentively to resolve my concerns. THANK YOU JACKERY
Hi, as of today I have not received the generator. I have been tracking the order since I placed the order. I did receive the solar panel and the next day the extension cord. According to the Purolator tracking system the generator has been in my city since May 4. I suspect either custom issues or an internal issue. The tracking number is 520507751623. I am getting a bit anxious as I am really looking forward to using it.
After talking to Yancy she immediately ordered a replacement generator. I just received the new tracking number and checked it with Purolator and the expected delivery date is Friday May 22. Can’t wait for it !!
More than enough for my needs (Engineering laptop).
I wish there was a compartment to store the charging wires.
The app is well made but it would be nice to be able to change advanced settings without it.
Love the Jackery 2000vs in my van! The solar panels keep it beamed up for easy life off the grid.
The 2000 v2 it perfect for our needs. Although its slightly heavy it’s still not impossible to carry from one place to another.
Basically, its a game changer for our RV camping trips.
We love our 2000V2 Jackery bag. Light weight and fits the generator like a glove👍…. We like the zip pockets to store the attachments too. Great way to protect a costly piece of equipment.
Why does the customer have to monitor delivery? You shipped it, it is your tracking number. Why are you not monitoring what is happening with Your shipment? For me to tell you 2 weeks after it was shipped that it has not arrived is stupid. It is not the customer's responsibility, it is yours. The second shipment was great. Let me know if you ever find the initial shipment. Tim Orlik
Got my Home Power 3000 delivered via Canada Post and the Solar Panel by Purolator. The PS3000 was almost plug-n-play. The App setup for Blue tooth was easy. The WIFI setup got a slight hiccup and had to be restarted from the beginning and it took this time. The unit was 18% charged when received, and when plugged in the wall, charged to 95% in 1hr 25 min. Power output reading is in 1W resolution. On standby, it does not draw noticeable power. At high load, the fan kicked in but not loud. Both AC and USB outputs worked fine. Battery was rated to retain charge for up to a year, but you may want to top up every 6mo. The unit is on the heavy side so I put that on a trolley to move around.
The 340W Solar panels can be left unattached so you can hang it flat on a pipe or rail. Or you can install the hinges which allows the four panels to foldout (not fully flat) like shown on their website, and folded up for storage in the carrying bag. It would be a design improvement if the hinges allow the panels to foldout at the angle stop, or foldout totally flat (with a stand to prop the panel up to a certain angle), since this will produce a higher power output (useful for Canada) - will require more frequent adjustment to orient the panel towards the sun.
Overall the product seems to be well built and could last a long time. I got this for emergency power, so I don't expect to cycle the battery often.
I bought a smaller unit realizing it wasn’t going to be enough. The company sent my product back with no charges and purchased a larger unit, waiting for installation.
Also waiting for my credit card credit for the Jackery return unit.
Perfect on the pop top of my 1972 VW Bus. Now the battery is constantly being charged, making it even more handy on longer road trips. Love it.
From start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with your service. I don't usually write these things so consider it a job well done.
Thanks
