I bought mine 2 weeks ago. Now the price is 50.00 less.

I paid 649 a few weeks ago. Its 50.00 less. How about a refund for this new price.

Works like a charm!

Amazing Black Friday deal!

Recently we had a power blackout that lasted 35 hours straight. So I used my trusty Explorer 2000 Pro, bought a few years back, to power my fridge and a couple of time the microwave oven for 2-3 minutes. The Jackery powered the fridge for close to 30 hours! I was impressed to say the least.
So when looking to add another unit, I stumbled on the Black Friday sale, and saw the newer model the Explorer 2000 V2 at a very substantial rebate. So I ordered one. It arrived very quickly, and I was surprised to see that it is slightly smaller, slightly lighter than my 2000 Pro, but with almost the same power capacity. And Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, which my old unit is not. So now I'll have 4000 Wh of power next time a blackout occurs, and I'm 100% convinced that the new unit will be as reliable as my old one. Jackery solar generators are extremely quiet even when at their maximum power output, or charging at full speed. They're also very portable. You can't go wrong with any of their models, and they carry a long 5 year warranty (when bought from their website, or when you register your product online).

Just adding to my stack and never disappoints.

Jackery HomePower 3000

Perfect Home Solution

I purchased the Jackery 2000v2 specifically to run a radon mitigation fan system during a power outage. Thankfully I have not had to use it as of this review, thus the 4 star. If all works well next power outage this will be a 5 star. However I will say this is a very compact powerful system. It charged quickly using regular wall outlet. I have tested it with usual household items , lamps, devices, tv...all worked fine. The LCD display is very easy to understand, the unit itself is easy to operate, super quiet. It's the perfect solution for indoor use without any concern related to gas or fumes. I wish I had bought this years ago. I'm located on the furthest east coast of Canada with volatile weather and we experience a power outage couple of times a year. This is a game changer for my home! Highly recommend!

Sleep with confidence

I live in an area of the British Columbia Rockies that has frequent power outages. Before I had my Jackery I would wake up when the power went out and shut off my Cpap machine. Now I sleep deeply with confidence knowing my Cpap machine will keep operating, if the power goes out.

Jackery SolarSaga 100W Solar Panel

Great little solar generator

Purchased to run my Resmed Airsense 10 CPAP. . I used it for 8 hours and had no issues. Very happy I purchased this solar generator!

Jackery Explorer 2000 v2 Portable Power Station

Excellent power source for CPAP

I bought this unit to power my CPAP machine during camping, fishing, and hunting trips. I can get 4 nights of 7 hours of sleep without recharging the Jackery. It’s perfect for my needs.

Like Jackery but there is room for improvement

Bought the Explorer 2000 plus with extra Battery pack.. Love the aesthetics and features but there is certainly room for improvement with the Jackery app. Also, would love to see the battery pack connectors between the main unit and the battery pack be more streamlined---Please make 90 degree connectors so that the unit sits flush against the wall---lots of reviewers have mentioned this and would like to see Jackery provide this as an accessory soon PLEASE!

Great unit for RV’ing… :)

We use our Jackery 2000 while RV’ing and we love it. It works well with our CPac machines; making coffee; etc… it’s been great. We use our Jackery at night for our CPac machines; instead of using our generator (no noise) at night… and it takes 2 hours to charge off of our generator during the day… Now we need to order the solar panels to charge our Jackery when off the grid… Overall; we love it.

Better than I expected

Purchased to power an electric blanket for my son who rides the bus (as I drive it). It's very cold first thing in the morning while we pick up the highschool kids. What surprised me the most is how lightweight it is. It's easy to carry around.

Jackery Explorer 2000 v2 Portable Power Station

Peace of mind

I am glad with my recent purchase and 6 days after arriving the power went out. Quickly grabbed my solar generator and within seconds all core power was restored. Thanks Jackery

Great backup option

Bought this unit to power my starlink. Works great!

Great higher capacity power station !

The Explorer 2000 v.2 when fully charged can give enough power for 2-3 days of cooking on a hot plate. The device weighs around 18 kg therefore it’s excellent only for a camping trip or for use at home as a power backup. For a longer stay in wilderness 2(4) solar panels of 400 watts max for recharging it would be very useful.

The new manual transfer switch (v2) came out at the right time for my needs between an old 6 breaker and the full blown smart transfer switch.

It comes with 2 double pole 30a and 20a breakers and 6 single pole 15a breakers, the bigger amps are nice if your generator can handle the load.

In my case, I had few which run on dual pole 30a such as water heater, heat pump and dryer.

Keep in mind that most electric heater run on dual pole 20a 220v breaker but still will drain the jackery pretty fast when on for a long period. Checking the specs of my heat pump, its compressor starting surge is too high for Jackery 5000 to handle, as an example jackery's surge is 14.4kw is less than heat pump's LRA surge of 18kW, next electric heater and dryer consumes too much power. Next, water heater requires a lot of power to recharge between reheats, so 4 full 40 minutes reheats from the battery will drain the jackery explorer unless using 2 Explorers and more additional battery, so there's no much use for them other than replacing them with something else less power hungry but still essentials during blackout. Don't transfer any power hungry devices and you'll be fine, black out does not last long but if it does, recharge using solar panel or outdoor dual fuel generator to extend home power of the jackery.

So the beauty of the MTS allows you to replace the dual poles to suit your needs or you could split them into a single pole too.
In my case, downgrading to Siemens dual pole 15 amps seems like ideal and I happen to have 3 double pole 15a on a split branch in the kitchen which I can use and the wires are bigger thus better so no need to rewire the mts. YT has great tutorials on how to install this, I've watched about 4 best of them but none show how to wire the 240v dual pole breakers except the Reliance channel which is highly recommended and probably the best out there.

I have a minor complaint which is the length of the wires, my panel is 200a and is big so they are a little bit short, one more foot will be nice. I run them in the bottom center of the main panel but still haven't cut any of them and two of them are just limit length since the breakers are located on top right and left rows making it a long run. An another nice to have is be able to handle 40A breaker which is out of question for 30A since my induction range requires a 40A breaker to operate but it probably requires the STS and 2 Explorer to handle that.

This is an excellent transfer switch for my needs, it does what it claims and best it is compatible with Explorer 5000, it came with a huge 50a adapter cable.  What makes it hard is not how to install and wire but all the preparations and setups you need to plan ahead. location of mts, deciding which breakers to transfer and calculating the surge that jackery can handle or not, installation at beginning of the day benefits daylight, watching YOUTUBE tutorials and watch again il you master it, get some insulated electrical gloves, wing connector for 10 gauge wire and wago for others.

I can confirm  the new mts works out of the box with Jackery 5000 plus. Thus, with peace of mind. I can have coffee, internet, tv, fridge, freezer, microwave , sump pump on during blackouts.

Thanks Jackery team for introducing the new manual transfer switch V2. It's about time.

Jackery Explorer 2000 v2 Did Not Disappoint

Tested to 2200W, no problem. Works well with induction stove, charge lasts a long time.

Very compact and portable

Jackery Explorer 1000 v2 Portable Power Station

Excellent Unit!

I bought the HomePower 3000 with 4 Solar Saga 100 panels for a couple of reasons: greater power capacity in the event of a temporary power outage, and use with an RV. For the latter the HomePower 3000 was more than adequate, easily powering the slide-outs and an electric fireplace which replaced a defunct one. The fireplace worked great, thanks to the dedicated 30A, 120V outlet. No need for adapters or concerns about insufficient power. Having the solar panels enables greater flexibility for recharging the unit. I already have a Jackery Explorer 1000 Pro which works well and has a total of 1000 charging cycles - very happy with this unit already. The HomePower 3000 can do 4000 charge cycles, enabling 10 years of operation, a major selling point. Further, the HomePower 3000 is a good size and manageable weight at just under 60lbs. Although still very active, I weigh only 130lbs at 64 years of age and was able to carry this unit approximately 100 feet no problem.

I had done some research on several portable solar generators and personally prefer Jackery's straightforward layout on the unit, as well as the ease of connecting multiple solar panels. Totally hassle-free, and good power input via the panels, especially on a bright sunny day. Very pleased with this handy unit.

An additional note, a consequence of this purchase was Jackery kindly offering a complementary unit, the Jackery 100. This is a great unit for charging phones, tablets via USB connection - all with the same ease of operation.

Thanks, Jackery, for such great products!

While the equipment you retail is likely good the responses are poor as they are not by “bots” and as such formulaic. I have not been able to get one person to look after one file with different responses coming through at different times. Very confusing at the consumers end. First was told that they could not deliver to my home address on Gabriola and a refund made before I could respond. Then to provide a different address to make the purchase again only to have it all delivered to my home on Gabriola.
