Concerned about having to use app or log in to access certain features such as quiet charging etc. Would prefer full manual control through just buttons on unit. I also miss the light found on the 2000v2

I purchased the Jackery 2000v2 to reduce the noise of my standby gas generator at night.
When the power went out this summer for 21 hours i had my generator running most of the night to keep my freezer and fridge operating. My Generator was supposed to be quiet. It wasn't. So i invested in the Jackery 2000v2 to eliminate the need to run my gas generator at night. Now when the power goes out i charge the Jackery in 2 hours during daylight and quietly run my appliances at night.
Haven’t had a chance to use it yet, but appears to act the way we anticipated. Charged fully under two hours. USB ports worked.
This is the second one I've bought. My trailer has air conditioning but I use a small electric heater which draws a lot of power. I wan't to have an extra generator "just in case". I also have two solar panels. I would never buy anything but Jackery!

I recently received the 3600 Plus with the solar saga 340, manual transfer switch and extension cable for the solar panel. I purchased the system for back-up power in the event of a power outage and particularly wanted the manual transfer switch to run my well pump. I haven’t yet tried out the complete system but the components are very good quality and the battery is charged ready to go to work. It has brought me peace of mind heading into winter.
First week off grid and the USB power has failed with F9 fault. Nothing plugged in and no visible problems with plug sockets.
This Jackery 2000 is my second power station. Love it. It’s perfect for my camper van.
you need to have your serial number on the machine or on the paperwork. Many people do not have the technology to scan a QR code or know what it is. After a week I had help to gdt the serial numbsr, now finally I await instructions. Also purolater is 50 miles from me, I will need help to retun it when the labels come. I am not sure if I will take a chance on another one. We will see.

First thought, I wish the panels that were included where enough to charge in emergency situations. In full sun they hardly charged the unit in a day.
I understand i would need twice as many to make the system useful to recharge with solar.
Not quite sure why they use separate carriers for the deliveries. Also, when you say it’s gonna be delivered on a certain day and it doesn’t come until a week after little bit annoying if they are more clear about this before they said the delivery date wouldn’t be such an issue was very hard to get a hold of jackery and get it situated.
Time will tell if I order again depending on how the product is did spend a decent amount of money so I hope it’s good
I ordered the 3600 and spare battery, wasn't sure what to expect when it arrived i was super impressed the quality of these products. Would 100% recommend them !! Amazing fast shipping also.
