Ordered the Explorer 2000 Portable Power Station and two Solar Saga 100 solar panels to support our "glamping" trips. Delivery was fast and easy. The portable power station fills all our camping power needs and the solar panels recharge it fast!

We haven’t had to rely on the HomePower 2000 Plus v2 to power our sump pump during a power outage yet but we did try the UPS function by opening breaker to simulate power loss. The unit worked perfectly. I am confident it will work just as well during real power outage. I recommend this unit for people wanting UPS coverage during outages.
We bought a Jackery1000 last year for a backup in case we lost power. My husband uses an oxygen concentrator 24 hours a day. After losing power for about 5 hours one day, we decided to order the Jackery3600 so we would have extra protection if the power goes out for a longer period of time.

I had an old 500 liked that there was a separate zipped up top section to store cables . I take mine out in the feild at night for astronomy worried cable might fall out and not see it in the dark
I require a cpap to sleep at night. A friend suggested the 300 as he uses it for his cpap for power outages. I ordered the 300 and tried it. I found the 300 did not have the staying power to last a fun night of sleeping. I sent it back and ordered. I ordered the 600 hoping for a better outcome. I was surprise to find that the 600 used 48% of its power for my full nights sleep.

It’s set up, mounted and I’ve done one test run with charging and it was working as expected. The fit and finish of the unit and wiring are top notch and looks great on display in my Jeep JLU.
No doubt it will work as it should. Very happy to have this as it will allow (with the cable extender) solar charging while keeping the battery in the shade. Thanks Jackery!
Like everyone most likely says "should have bought the bigger one" But for the most part it is perfect, great for weekend warrior camping. 2-3 nights would be the max. I sooner should have bought it with the solar bundle which might get me a couple more days. But seems to be a good product. It would be nice if it came with a longer charge chord. (first world problem though)
I have the Jackery 3000 and just love it used it this past weekend and it out performed my expectations and have friends buying some this week
Got the 1000 so I can use my CPAP when off grid. I get 3 nights out of a charge.
The pre purchase on the new jackery v2 1000 home power was meant to ship the 31st in the bundle. I paid bc tax to have it shipped where I was meant to be on a family vacation the extra 50$ tax. Then with the tracking number it showed coming as a bundle in the link photo and link button. The first item showed up a week early before the release date. Which included in the email pickup in a week or its sent back, which I drove the 9 hours to pickup early to find that the solar panel had not been sent. I sent a complaint and they told me they dont care at all! Incase your ordering a bundle or shipping it somewhere you are Meant to be, WARNING... things SHIP SEPARATE when it shows that no where before you purchase, this is unacceptable, unprofessional and absurd! The fact they would not help at all, even give a coupon or a solar panel to make up for my 2 extra trips driving, the extra bc tax and the bundle that ships separately. This company is disgusting THE FACT THEY DONT CARE AT ALL SAYS EVERYTHING
The order said it would be up to 5 business days and it was delivered in 2. Good service.works good. Easy set up
