      There is a difference in battery performance after 1000 cycles (80%) and 2000 cycles (70%).

    I bought in the last two years a Jackery explorer 1000 W
    1 Explorer 3000 w pro
    and just recently
    1 Explorer 1500 W Pro.
    I bought all together 8 100W sage Solar panels.
    I had many questions and most of them had been answered.
    The communication had not been always good. I asked 2 or 3 question and got answers only for one. As I went to the process of choosing a Unit I got problems when I decided to buy one. the offered a gift when you leave your email and in the beginning the gave you a code and a$ amount to deduct from the purchase price. There were no problem. the only problem was when you ordered you might be ask to pay in US $.
    So you start the process again to find a site with Ca$. Actually the send me one. On the end I found out that on each site in miniscule almost invisible the write US or CA. Than Jackery changed the tactic and made it almost impossible to get the rebate the promise. You have to put a password in or ask for one. The send you a password in your email or your cellphone in my case the email. so I go from one page to my email account write the # down on apiece of paper go back to the page write the # the gave min to the computer and the # is not valuable anymore . I repeated this process many time and than I gave up. Then the want to find out if I am a robot. I am visually impaired and use a big magnifying class to read my emails. Long story short no success their either. I seriously considered to by my units somewhere else. Now what I like The Ca People treated me with my name. What I liked very much. The US treated me Customer. THe canadian are personally but we aren't treated equally like the Americans. The get better merchandise and better prices. The canadians are second class customer like us customer are white and canadians are black. It is time that this mentality change there is only one human race. Take an example with doves. the have white blue and other colors but they are all equal doves. Like humankind is one. we are all the flowers of one garden and the leaves of one tree and the trops of one ocean. Unity in diversity. This is the beauty of the human garden. My best regards to the friendly customer service in Canada and the USA.

    Great product great service

    This 1500 Power Station is really well designed and works well. The Sales/Support service is also way better than average - rapid and practical responses to my questions. My only criticism of the product is that the buttons are set black against black and are difficult to see unless the light is very good.
