I just recently purchased my Jackery Explorer 2000 v2 in order to have quiet, reliable backup power in my RV for when I boondock* enroute to an electricity serviced campsite - I don't have a generator. Gotta have my morning cappuccino.
It is light enough, ~40 lbs, for me to carry and position in my RV. I have begun to trial it and so far so good. Intuitive to charge, and use the functions. Looking forward to using it on the road.

*Boondock - overnight in a parking lot or a host's driveway etc without an electrical hookup

Great little unit. We're using this unit at a remote site running some WiFi related I.T. Equipment. We expect ~8hrs run time on the batteries if the power fails, which is plenty. We like the fact that the batteries are rated for 10yrs and the unit comes in cheaper than standard lead-acid UPS' that are sold for the I.T. Industry. Very happy overall

Just received this past week..purchased two 100 W Jackery solor panels
and two cable extensions.(one in transit.. hook one panel up and got 84 +- watts in the bright sunlight.. Hooked up second unit and got 160+- W....
Very pleased with this unit and ease of use etc.. Jackery people were fantastic from the start ..highly recommend this company...

Ordered the Explorer 2000 Portable Power Station and two Solar Saga 100 solar panels to support our "glamping" trips. Delivery was fast and easy. The portable power station fills all our camping power needs and the solar panels recharge it fast!

They all work like a charm!

This was a pretty great battery for my camping trip.

Ordered this generator over 2 weeks and it’s been lost/delayed and nobody knows where it is.

Jackery customer support has been pretty good and responsive in all fairness.

Most recently I was told to give it 1-2 more business days for it to be delivered and if not they will reship my order.

Hopefully it shows. This is more of a Canpar issue however Jackery should use a better shipper

I bought the Jackery 2000 V2 because it seemed to have the best price per watt hour. I already had purchased a 1000 v2 on Amazon Prime Day, and realized I needed simply more storage. I had considered a 3000 model, but I think it would've been to difficult to physically carry in my situation.

I use the Jackery 2000 on a cabin cruiser power boat. I lash portable solar panels to the deck, and have about 700 watts (theoretical) available. On a very sunny day, at peak, I'm probably getting almost 500 watts. I am able to configure them on the fly, either in parallel, series, or up to three different sources.

In most cases, I have three hundred watts of panel dedicated to charging the house (lead acid) batteries to keep a 12v freezer going (I use a Victron MPPT).

The remaining 400 watts of panels is for charging the power stations. On days with excess solar, I use the power stations to drive a tabletop ice maker and create as many ice cubes as possible, and store them in fridge - or put them in the freezer to ripen colder.

While under way, I use a Victron 12/24 DC charger to DC charge the Jackery Power Station. I'm not quite happy with this setup, as Victron is less efficient than I'd like and requires a cooling fan etc. My boat has twin engines, both with only 55 amp alternators, so I can only really run a 20 amp DC charger. Although both engines feed an isolator, there are other loads to contend with (depth sounder, engine room blowers, radar, vhf) so in my case charging at more than the 400 watt limit of the Jackerys would be impossible.

What I like about the Jackery 2000v2;
-Top handle is easy to deploy and carry the unit. Only one hand needed, and you can pick the balance point.
-12v outlet
-Easy to read screen, with most of the needed information
-Built in light, useful at night for moving it in the dark
-Has bluetooth App support to monitor it.

My criticisms about the Jackery 2000v2
-Funny things happen at the 100% charge mark. It seems to over calculate running time by 20%. Other times at 100% it won't do pass through DC or AC, and the App won't show the loads at all. It's only until the unit drops to about 97% that the software returns to normal. I feel this is a software issue.
-I can't find any published figure on idle wattage for the inverter in the documentation. Although the software accounts for it in the time remaining, it would be nice to know that actual wattage draw of the system from the battery - not just the load.
-To re-iterate the above point, it would be nice to see the idle wattage displayed when AC/DC or both are switched on. It seems a little dishonest, that the display shows "zero" load - when in actuality the battery is being discharged. Victron's software would consider this a "load". I know the Jackery software shows the number of hours to zero percentage - I just think it should be more obvious what the inverter efficiency actually is. Ditto for AC and DC input as well. How much of that wattage is going to conversion versus storage.
-Nothing in the manual explains the 8020 ports well. Are they in parallel? Are they discrete? The specifications suggest possibly discrete. They appear to be parallel, and I'm assuming there are two of them to make adding two panels simple for consumers.
-The 400 watt solar input is passable for my needs, but having double that would be more useful in certain situations. I know this is addressed in 2000 plus model, but I'm financially challenged - so that is why I have the 2000 V2.
-The plastic case seems to scuff easily. This was remedied by buying an aftermarket carrying bag on Amazon that did not have "JACKERY" written all over it. If you can carry it, people will steal it. A discrete case also allows me to charge this in public places without raising too much attention. The case I have, just looks like a lunch cooler.
-Not being able to adjust the AC charge rate to a lower setting (like other brands) is something I'm not happy about. Sometimes (at public places) you only have access to 300 watts or less.
-Perhaps I didn't read the literature well enough, but I've assumed the Jackery 2000v2 is not bonded. It seems to work ok with a bonding plug, and when plugged into one of my 30 amp boat inputs it worked fine. This isn't really my intended use case. I just wanted to see if the 2000v2 could drive a heat pump reverse air unit - which it couldn't. Asking the Jackery to power a boat with 60 amps input, and associated loads would be silly. My suspicion is the 3000 v2 might though...
-Finally, the MPPT controller just doesn't seem as efficient as the Victron unit I'm using. I haven't done any documented testing, but it just seems to be less efficient at getting the same amount of watt hours out of the solar array.
-The Jackery 2000v2 is not ABYC approved for use in a confined space or engine room. I get that this would be a ridiculous ask, as the price would be 10x as much.

Fantastic product! It was perfect for my recent camping trips, providing reliable off-grid power for all my outdoor needs. But just as importantly, I keep it at home as an emergency backup for my aquarium. Knowing I have a dependable power source ready to keep my fish tank running during a power outage is priceless. I'm very happy with this purchase!

I feel prepared now for when my power goes out again! Thank you Jackery. It’s a shame the solar panel don’t come with the accessory required to pair them up; and the cost of the short coupler boarders extortion. I feel forced to spend the cost if i want to maximize my panel input. Shame. a great system otherwise.

So far we like the product, however we were disappointed that the car charger was not included as some youtube ads suggested.

That feature where it goes into auto shut off and turns the AC off after 12 hrs SHOULD NOT be on by default when it is purchased. (Energy Saving)

The problem being that the consumers buy it, install it for the sump pump to stop their family home's basement flooding in case of power failure in storm and then it doesn't work because they missed this feature ,the AC is shut down and they not only have a terrible nightmare of a time with a flooded basement but they are super pissed at Jackery and tell everyone about it.
YES it CAN be turned off but YES it WILL be missed by busy hardworking people.
Its a nice feature but outweighed in benefit by the possibilities of flooded houses.
better to have a camper with a flat battery than a flooded basement for a family. My point is when you buy it then the energy saving feature should be off and the option to turn it on ,not the opposite OR made more clear at unboxing. Yes I know its written in the manual already but make it a WARNING not just a sentence somewhere.

Excellent product

2000w capacity is pretty good but we tried using an air conditioner (1200w) but it looked like it couldn’t provide enough for the initial surge. Aside from that, it worked enough to power most devices.

A shortfall of the device is the 400w maximum solar input. If you’re powering other devices during day time and it exceeds 400w, you won’t have enough solar input to keep it up and might not have enough battery left for the night. If it had 1000w solar input or more, it would be better

So far so good, I like the option for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi access.
The capacity is exactly what I would’ve wanted, weight and manoeuvrability is pretty great.

The real test will be the lifetime. I’m pretty sure it said something like a 10 year lifetime warranty so hopefully if I can use the battery appropriately I get that long out of it.
This type of battery does best resting below 80% capacity and doesn’t like to be depleted below 20, luckily there is a built-in battery saver mode for charging and discharging.
My intention is to let the unit charge to 100% only when I’m prepping for consistent use. Otherwise I’ve charged it to about 80% and I’m letting this sit until it’s needed, or until the intermittent uses bring it below 70%.
I’ve considered using this as an automatic battery backup for home devices, similar to an uninterruptible power supply. Though I have concerns about leaving the battery steadily charging at the 80%. It talks about automatic switch over within milliseconds, but in order to use this as a power back up, it would need to be plugged in consistently holding charge until an outage, which I worry would deplete the battery lifetime even if held at 80% consistently.

Saving money on gas

Purchased to operate a CPAP and charge our phones while camping. Have not been able to get out on the water / trails yet but have tested at home and has performed as expected. Can run the CPAP (without heated hose) for about 5 nights before requiring a recharge. Also have tested out the solar panels to charge phones and they seem to work well also.

We are very pleased with our Jackey purchase. When I contacted Jackery regarding a delivery concern, the customer service representative was polite, engaged in his service and worked attentively to resolve my concerns. THANK YOU JACKERY
