Right now, we are living in an RV while we are building our house. To keep the RV fridge and freezer cold, etc. we have been running a generator for at least seven maybe eight hours a day very costly. Our son owns a few Jackerys and told us about them so we decided to purchase one to run our fridge freezer and other things in the RV.
We purchased a 3600 watt jackery… oh my goodness it only took about an hour and a half to charge it and it runs everything in our RV including our satellite dish for our phone for at least a couple of days depending how often we use the microwave, kettle etc.
WOW, we are so impressed. Thank you so much. This has been such a blessing to us. We absolutely love it.

We bought a Jackery1000 last year for a backup in case we lost power. My husband uses an oxygen concentrator 24 hours a day. After losing power for about 5 hours one day, we decided to order the Jackery3600 so we would have extra protection if the power goes out for a longer period of time.

I purchased the jackery 3600 plus a few weeks ago.

After a few weeks of use running my trailer, I have determined that if you are plugged into grid power, you cannot output more than 1400 w. Without triggering an error code f6 which is over current/overload. Which once triggered shuts off all power output... This is very problematic. Let's say You're running your TV. Your starlink in your trailer and then your AC kicks on. Now it will turn everything off because it cannot sustain over 1400 w of output while charging from the grid

The 1700 w advertised charging is only when you're not outputting any power..... So if you have any intentions of using this unit to output more than 1400 w and you would like to be able to charge it at the same time, you must be outputting enough solar and grid power charge into it to work.

Other than that, unit has been fantastic. I would love if they made the app. Have more visibility of things going on with your solar input and such but hopefully they work on that in the coming years.

The true test will come when we have an extended power outage. Everything has gone well till now. There was a mix-up with one of the items going astray and arriving some days later than promised. It all worked out in the end. The late arrival was because of Canpar, not Jackery. Now we set it up hoping never to have to use it. We’re ready and expect to be protected during our next power loss. We’ve done all we can and then we count on Jackery to come through for us.

My new solar panel bag only had the 4 panels in it non of the accessories included. Can’t use them like this.

So i run a 19ft trailer for worm monday to thursday. The Jackery is treating me ok, lucky i have the ability to charge it t work. Benifits: Has an RV receptacle. Battery will run my rv fridge, laptop, and charge my phone and will last the whole night. Very easy to connect via bluetooth. Downfalls: If i run any huge draw devices, heater or AC, the battery will last about 2 to 3 hours. It's not dust or water resistant. If you have to carry the power station, the handles feel a little flimsy. I hope to expand and maybe try out some solar panels in the future. Update: jackery is sending me a car charger to change my 3 start review to a 5 start review. Once I get the car charger, I'll let you know what the charge time is in your vehicle.

Bought it before a trip, unfortunately that trip got rained out and we never went. Used it anyway at the house and was very much impressed.

Just wondering why one cord is sent for 4 solar panels when its recommended that 2 are used?

Jackery HomePower 3600 Plus

I bought the 3600 plus woth the solar saga 85. The instructions for the 3600 plus say to only use 2 panels at a time per plug to charge it. Thr solar saga comes with 4 panels and 1 plug. I am confused anout how to use the solar saga panels to charge the 3600 plus.

I was so impressed with the explorer 2000+ , 2 weeks later I ordered the 3600+ with bigger solar panels. I'm really impressed with the unit and I can't wait to try out the solar panels (raining every day for 2 weeks now). Now I need an extension wire from the 3600+ to the 340 panels

There was some confusion around our order. The customer service team was very accurate and timely in helping us sort everything out. Pleased with the outcome. Have not yet tried out the equipment but anticipating no issues. If anything comes up we feel we can trust the Jackery team to help. We highly recommend Jackery.
