I am pleased with the Jackery 5000 plus, but I am noy happy that they decided to cancel part of my order because parts were out-of-stock. I had ordered the package "Jackery Explorer 5000 Plus × 1 Explorer 5000 Plus + Battery Pack 5000 Plus + SolarSaga 340 X x 2, but the battery packs were not in stock so they sent me everything but and refunded the money for the battery. I ordered the battery because I needed that extra power, and it wasn't good that they just changed the order on me. Now I have to order a battery without the exclusive 56% off the price that was offered to me. Very poor of them to do this.

I am one week in as owner of the Jackery Explorer 5000. I love it! It is very user friendly and easy to figure out inputs and outputs. I have been using it with a 4400W solar panel array to charge my Tesla. Using the Nema 14-50 plug and the Tesla app to control the amperage is very helpful. I am able to control the output wattage depending on the solar input which allows me to keep the Jackery at healthy charge levels. Being able to control all of this from my phone app is amazing! We have not yet experienced a home power outage, but I almost can’t wait until we do. Thanks Jackery! This is a great product!

I ordered an explorer 5000 plus on May 10. It's mid June now...surprisingly the unit was send out with Canpar, no real tracking available. No outreach, no follow up on inquiries...I hope the unit actually works much better than the shipping. If I ever receive it. Poor customer service experience so far.

I bought a smaller unit realizing it wasn’t going to be enough. The company sent my product back with no charges and purchased a larger unit, waiting for installation.
Also waiting for my credit card credit for the Jackery return unit.

Just received my unit I should of bought one earlier in life very solid unit comes in handy for portable power

This unit is amazing...power goes out a lot during winter at our house and this keeps the tv and fridges going for days!

We bought all 3 of these jackeries and could not believe how well they work. Love all three for different stuff to do. (Camping, power outage etc. Lots more but not enough time to write. We've been showing them off to neighbors friends and family. We're very happy with our purchase.

Currently using the system to power the construction of our new home while attached to 2000w High PV. I can't even use 5% of the power from the system. Is it amazing. Very happy with the product, amazing quality.

Jackery Explorer 5000 Plus

After spending hours looking at various units it came down to this 5000+ and the Ecoflow Delta Pro 3 or Delta Pro Ultra. Unfortunately the Pro 3 only allows 110V OR 220V but not both at the same time and the Ultra was $2000+ more expensive and took up a much larger area and didnt suit where I was locating it. The Jackery 5000+ is pretty sleek and tall and easy to use. Only one minor negative...the door that covers the solar input blocks sight to the connections which means you really have to get down on your knees to see the connections. If the door swung to the side or tucked in, it would eliminate that issue

I own a small screen printing shop in my garage. I use one of tese to run a flash dryer which draws 6000 Watts. I use the other one to run a conveyor dryer which draws 3500 watts. These are a game changer for my shop. It has been over a year since I have had this equipment in my shop and have not been able to use them. These units rock. My flash dryer when it clicks on goes up to close to 9000 watts and this unit just works. Cant say how muc I love them.
